ASPHALT MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
Xtreme Guard Seal Coat, XG3, is our 3 year performance rated seal coat. All Xtreme products are manufactured by X2 LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. We don’t like to use the word base or standard seal coat because that is what other manufactures and providers use. Their products only have a one year warranty while XG3 is rated for 300% longer at 3 years.
We stand behind our products because we have spent decades watching them out perform other products on the market. Our affordable yet high performance 3 year rated seal coat is similar in price to other seal coats on the market but by being a manufacturer we can allocate the whole sale and resale margins into better performing additives and minerals for our seal coat’s composition.
Xtreme Shield Seal Coat, XS5 is a high density pavement shield with a 5 year warranty.
What is the difference between XG3 & XS5?
We get asked this question all the time. The additional pricing for XS5 is used to purchase a different glue than the one used in XG3. This glue or emulsion as it is referred to allows us to input more solid minerals and additives into XS5. This creates; by a great multitude, increased suspension and emulsification of the additional aggregate particles. The result is a high density mineral bond or more appropriately a higher density pavement shield with increased surface filling & bonding properties. Xtreme Shield is performance rated for 5 years of pavement protection.
Xtreme Asphalt utilizes the nations leading crack seal supplier for all of its crack sealing equipment and materials. This supplier is called Crafco and has been serving the asphalt industry with crack seal materials for over 40 years. They know what it takes to make products for all environments and we specifically use a hot climate crack sealant for all of our Las Vegas Asphalt Crack filling projects.
